Adding products to Programa is easy, and completely self-service.
To add a new product, simply navigate to the Products page in your Brand Portal, and click the 'Add new product' button. Once you've done this, you'll be shown a draft product page.
You can add products individually or in bulk. For bulk uploads we will work with you to gather your product data, images and downloads and once completed we can upload these for you quickly.
**Please note, you need to complete the Manage Brands process before adding your first product.
Adding Product Information
Product Name
When completing this section, try to keep your product names short, accurate and without extended descriptions. The advanced filtering and search options allows users to find your products easily without relying on the product name to do all the work.

Display As Brand
Simply choose the brand of your product from the dropdown list.
Description
When writing your description, try to include as much useful information as possible.
- Maximum length 250 words
- Include information about product variants and custom orders if relevant
- We allow links to your own website
Country of Origin
This is the country where your product was made.
SKU
This is the specific product number or code of your product.
Images
Programa is an online-only platform so high resolution web images are preferred. The dimensions of the original image you upload to our site can have a big impact on how it displays. We recommend using images that are between 1500 and 2500 pixels wide.
Please note that images smaller than 1000px wide may appear blurry and landscape images are preferred, however we do accept vertical images.
Price
All prices on Programa are RRP.
If your product is highly customisable or modular and part of a series that needs to be purchased together you can either provide an indicative price, or leave blank.
We are currently developing more sophisticated pricing options to allow for descriptions such as 'Priced from'.
Price Per
Simply choose the most appropriate unit for your product. If your product does not apply to any of the available options, please let us know.
Dimensions & Weight
Dimensions are all in millimetres and weight is in kilograms.
Features
Features are an important part of your product's information. Features are used in multiple ways across the platform and we recommend taking the time to ensure these are accurate.
Example features for a sofa might include: leather, mid century, 2-seater, classic, sustainable etc.
Colour & Custom Colour
This section allows you to choose the most appropriate colour category. For example, if you are selling white carpet with a specific name of Morning Frost, choose white as the category colour, and enter Morning Frost as the custom colour.
Multicolour is not intended to describe product variants, it is intended to show a product that genuinely multicoloured.
Downloads
Product downloads allow you to include brochures, technical specifications, 3D models etc.
Accepted formats are PDF, DWG, 3DM, OBJ, DAE, RVT and SKP.
All files are delivered automatically via email to the user, and as a brand you will be instantly emailed their name and email address.
Category
Simply choose the most appropriate category for your product/ You can choose multiple categories.
If your product does not neatly fit within the existing categories, please let us know and we'll create the category for you.
Lead Time
Simply choose the most appropriate value from the dropdown list.
Visibility
This toggles between live and draft. Draft products are not visible on the platform.
Salesperson
This is person who will receive enquiries and be listed when the product is specified in a schedule. You can add multiple people to your account by clicking the 'Manage team' link.
