With Programa's schedules, you can finally ditch MS Excel save hours creating and managing schedules.
Getting started with Schedules is easy:
- When in a project, simply navigate to Schedules in the sub-menu, and you're done.
- By default, Programa creates a 'My Schedule' to get you started.
- To add your own schedule, simply click 'Add new schedule' and complete the name, and you're done.
How to Setup Your Schedule
Each schedule is broken into sections, and these can be customised to suit your business. To get started with a schedule, start by adding your sections. These may include room types such as bedroom, living room etc or by product type such as lighting, finishes, furniture, etc.
How to add products
There's two ways you can add products to a schedule, directly from our product directory, or by creating your own custom product.
Adding from the product directory
Simply navigate to Search in the top navigation and you'll be able to search hundreds of thousands of products quickly and easily.
When you find a product you'd like to add to a schedule, simply click the 'Add to' button and choose your project, your schedule, the right section, and click the + button. Your schedule will now include this product including the image, data and salesperson details.
Adding custom products
Adding custom products is easy, simply click the 'add new product' button in the section you'd like to add the product to, and choose custom product. This will create an empty product row where you can then complete all the details directly.
Getting Quotes
With Programa's schedules, you can now send quote requests directly from your schedule. You can either send these individually or send multiple quotes with just a few clicks.
To send an individual quote request, simply click the 'Options' button on the product you'd like to enquire about, then click 'Get quote' and complete the form.
To multiple quote requests, navigate to the filtering menu and click 'Get quotes'. From here you can choose as many suppliers as you'd like, and Programa will individual quote requests to all suppliers. Don't worry, each supplier will only see their products, not the entire schedule.
Export Your Schedule
If you would like to print or further customise your schedule, you can now export your data to PDF and Excel.
How to export to PDF
You can export your schedule to either landscape A4 or A3 depending on your preference. The PDF also includes a cover page with your studio name, project name, schedule name and current date.
